Analytics & session recording
With your consent, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This includes basic usage analytics — pages viewed, searches, and actions like adding a sheet to your basket — and session recordings: a replay of how a visit moved through the site (page views, clicks, scrolling and navigation). This helps us spot confusing steps and fix problems.
Session recordings mask text you type— including anything entered into form fields — so we don't capture your keystrokes, passwords or payment details. Analytics and recordings are only ever collected if you accept analytics cookies, are stored by PostHog in the EU, and are kept for a limited period before being deleted. If you reject non-essential cookies, none of this runs.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site (like the basket) from working.
