1. Who is the data controller?
Cheat Sheet Co is a trading name of No Fear Tech Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16758357) with its registered office at 6 Mallard Way, Norfolk NR19 1FJ. No Fear Tech Ltd is the controller of your personal data. Contact us about privacy at hello@cheatsheetco.com.
2. What we collect
- Order & contact details: name, email, delivery address and order history when you buy or contact us.
- Payment information: handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card details.
- Technical & usage data: with your consent, analytics and session recordings about how you use the site, collected via PostHog (EU-hosted). Recordings mask anything you type, and none of this is collected if you decline analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it (lawful bases)
- To fulfil your order — performance of a contract.
- To respond to enquiries — our legitimate interests.
- Analytics & marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Legal & accounting obligations — compliance with the law.
4. Sharing your data
We share data only with trusted providers (processors) who help us run the business, under contracts that protect your data. These include our payment processor (Stripe), hosting and database (Vercel and Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and — with your consent — our analytics and session-recording provider (PostHog, EU). We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations (typically 6 years for financial records), then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access a copy of your data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email hello@cheatsheetco.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Cookies
We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the latest version here with the date it took effect.
