1. Who we are
CheatSheetCo.com (“Cheat Sheet Co”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name of No Fear Tech Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16758357), whose registered office is at 6 Mallard Way, Norfolk NR19 1FJ. You can contact us at hello@cheatsheetco.com.
2. Our products
We sell reference “cheat sheets” as (a) physical printed items posted to you, and (b) digital files supplied as downloads. Previews shown on the site are low-resolution, watermarked samples; the item you receive is the full, watermark-free version.
3. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if there is a pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment taken.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
4. Delivery (physical items)
We aim to dispatch physical orders the next working day, with estimated UK delivery of 2–5 working days via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Digital items
Digital files are made available to download after payment. By purchasing and downloading, you agree that we begin supply immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once the download has started (see your statutory rights below).
6. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
- Physical items: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
- Digital items: the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once you have started downloading, because you consent to immediate supply at checkout.
- Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
7. Licence & acceptable use
Cheat sheets are sold for your personal, non-commercial use. All designs, layouts, text and artwork are our intellectual property and remain so. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, sub-licence or commercially exploit any sheet (physical or digital), or remove any branding. Reselling or sharing digital files is strictly prohibited.
8. Accuracy & liability
Our cheat sheets are provided for general guidance only. Cooking times, temperatures and other information are starting points — you are responsible for ensuring food is properly cooked and for using the information safely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales [adjust if you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland].
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order.
